The food people of a country consume represents their culture and custom. An analytical look at civility by Will Durant suggested table of the manners and cooking are a pillar of human civilization. Since ancient time, the kind of food consumed by members of a society has depended on natural, social, cultural, political and religious factors on the ground.

As cultural interactions among nations picked up, societies came to learn about the recipes and table manners of one another. As time passed, specialist of some countries transcended national borders and made it onto the menu of restaurant elsewhere in the world. Among some world-famous food were Italian pizzas, Japanese seafood  and Iranian chelo-kebab. Nowadays Iranian restaurant are up in many countries. Chelo-kebab along with a number of other Iranian kebab stands out on their menu.
